• Contact details you give us: name, email address, mailing city/state, phone number.
• Registration details for programs you sign up for (tickets, volunteering, cultural performances, kids activities, yoga sessions, vendor booths, raffles).
• Payment information processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
• Basic technical information such as pages visited, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser type, and referring links.

• To deliver tickets, passes, confirmations, and event information you requested.
• To administer registrations, volunteer scheduling, and vendor participation.
• To send updates about cultural programs and nonprofit initiatives you opted in to.
